November flagship edition

Beyond the Competence Trap.

A curated CI3 experience for capable professionals ready to turn strength into visibility, trust, influence, and lasting impact.

The November edition is a Curated Leadership Experience: a founder frame, author and ideas panel, six small-capacity Leadership Circles, participant intake, registration pathway, and follow-up logic in one connected design.

Curated Leadership Experience

Access is not enough. The experience has to be curated.

CLE is the part of CI3 where people actually do things: move through the Competence Trap Wheel, complete diagnostics, submit participant intake, register, join the event experience, and continue into community experiences.

The November edition uses CLE to make every part of the day work together: the diagnostic creates language, the intake shapes the room, the registration flow confirms participation, the event creates the shared experience, and the community pathway keeps the work alive after the day ends.

  1. 01See the pattern

The Competence Trap Wheel and diagnostic help participants name the leadership pattern creating pressure, drag, or invisibility.

  2. 02Bring a real question

Participant intake captures leadership challenges, circle preferences, and the question each person wants help clarifying.

  3. 03Secure the pathway

Registration makes participation clear, trackable, and intentional before the event experience begins.

  4. 04Enter the curated room

The event experience combines founder framing, author insight, faculty voices, and six intimate Leadership Circles.

  5. 05Continue the work

Participants leave with language, reflection, and follow-up pathways into community experiences, clinics, diagnostics, and future CI3 support.

Leadership Circles

Six circles, each shaped around a different leadership pressure point.

Each circle is designed as a curated, intimate conversation with 3 faculty voices and approximately 8 registrants. The November edition stays at six circles, with the 50 registrant seats distributed across those rooms so every participant is placed into a smaller, high-trust conversation.

Only confirmed faculty are named. Open seats are intentionally marked “To be confirmed” so anyone can see what is confirmed, what is pending, and where the faculty map still needs to be completed.

For the person everyone trusts to deliver, but who is tired of being known only as reliable. Register for this circle Open circle details

This room asks the question many capable people avoid: if your usefulness disappeared tomorrow, would people still know your leadership? The work is not image management; it is identity, voice, confidence, and the shift from being useful to being trusted.

For builders carrying the weight of an idea, venture, practice, or next chapter that needs sharper leadership. Register for this circle Open circle details

This circle is for the person building while still becoming. The venture may need customers, funding, structure, partnerships, or courage — but underneath all of that is a leadership question: are you leading the business, or is the business simply consuming you?

For professionals who are done letting money, pricing, negotiation, or uncertainty quietly shrink their choices. Register for this circle Open circle details

This circle treats finance and career capital as leadership issues. Not because money defines your worth, but because unclear value, negotiation, and long-term leverage decisions can quietly shape your ambition, your boundaries, your risk appetite, and the rooms you believe you belong in.

Participant path

Registration intake first. Then payment. Then circle placement.

The registration intake collects advance information so CI3 can shape the circles around real participant questions, protect the 50-seat registrant cap, and place people into the right circle intentionally. Visible circle counters show how many seats are taken and when an intimate room is approaching capacity.
